FAQ

Questions we often hear

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the scope. A landing page can take a few weeks, while an ERP usually takes months. We give a firm estimate after a session to understand your needs.

How does payment work?

Usually in installments that follow the stages of work. We agree on the scheme together in the proposal.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The source code and documentation are handed over when the project ends.

Will Innodea sign an NDA?

Yes, before detailed discussions begin.

Is there support after the system is released?

Yes. We offer a separate maintenance plan for fixes and further development.

Why isn't the client's name always shown?

Some clients allow their name to be shown, and we display it here and in the logo list. Others are still under NDA, so that work is shown without a name.
