About the project
A digital platform for monitoring and reporting a workplace 5R (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) and safety program at a manufacturing company. Employees can report findings, track area scores, and follow up on resolutions.
Key features
A dashboard of 5R scores per area, with genba findings grouped by category.
Issue reporting with photo-proof submission once a finding is resolved.
Available on web (PHP and jQuery) and mobile (React Native), connected to the same API.
Our role
Frontend development for both web and mobile: interface design based on the users' workflow, implementation across platforms, and functional testing for data accuracy and usability.
